Wednesday February 7, 2024 – BMAA Monthly Club Meeting (on-line via Zoom only)

Please join us for our February 7 monthly BMAA meeting. This meeting will be conducted on-line only via zoom. In addition to our regular astronomy related discussions and information, we will have a presentation by John Conrad, NASA/JPL Ambassador. His presentation will provide an in-depth look at the NASA Osiris-Rex mission (launched Sept 8, 2016) which sampled the asteroid Bennu in 2020 and delivered the material to Earth for study on Sept 24, 2023. This will include an update from the NASA team that has worked on this mission successfully for years.
